A 22-year-old man was killed in a stabbing in Rosmalen on Saturday evening. Two girls, aged 16 and 17, have been arrested as suspects.
The incident happened around half past nine at a cafe on the Driesprong in Rosmalen. An argument broke out on the terrace of a restaurant in the center, the police report after an initial investigation. The victim was stabbed and fled to another restaurant. There he subsequently died of his injuries.
The investigation will “take quite some time,” the police said. An air ambulance, among other things, was called in to provide assistance, but to no avail.
