Young people who cause nuisance and unrest will be tackled more severely by the Antwerp police. That says mayor Bart De Wever. The reason for this is, among other things, the incidents with fireworks bombs on and around the Terloplein in recent days. The first of seven suspects has already been brought before the juvenile judge today. Mayor De Wever wants to put an end to such incidents. He also sees a link with the drug environment.
