Will Lois Lane ever return to the DCEU? As with Superman, things seem uncertain for the character to which Amy Adams lent his features in no less than 3 films. If Warner has decided to re caster again the role of Batman by entrusting it to Robert Pattinson for a film which promises to be different from the previous adventures of the bat man, Henry Cavill and his Superman seem to have been forgotten and Amy Adams does not seem to know what to expect either. When asked if she would be ready to resume her role as a journalist in the DCEU, the actress said that she was completely ready.
But she also said that she did not really believe in it, adding: “from what I understand, the studios are going in a different direction”, implying that rumors that Henry Cavill will no longer play Clark Kent are true. As his character is part of the arc of Man of Steel, the Warner is unlikely to decide to use it again. It remains to be seen what the studio intends to do with the character and whether we will ever see him again on the big screen. In the meantime, we can find Henry Cavill in The Witcher on Netflix, in the middle of season 2 !
