More than 16,000 people have been missing since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, BTA reported, citing the DPA.
“The main priority is the search for the missing people, after everything that was bombed and destroyed,” said in a televised interview today the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Lyudmila Denisova. Nearly 2,000 soldiers are missing.
