Eight games were on the program between last night and tonight in the NBA. Very early in the evening, Miami overcame Boston thanks in particular to 26 points from Jimmy Butler. The Celtics held up well with a skillful Evan Fournier (30 points, 8 assists). A little later, the New York Knicks once again showed that they had to be taken seriously a few days before the start of the playoffs. Julius Randle’s teammates beat Kawhi Leonard’s Clippers (29 points) with a burning Derrick Rose (25 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists). The Dallas Mavericks, for their part, have a fourth success in a row against Cleveland. Carried by a very fit Tim Hardaway Jr. at the moment (25 points tonight), Luka Doncic’s teammates won 97-124. In the big poster of the day, the Lakers, still deprived of Lebron James, signed a great success against Phoenix (123-110), second in the West. Anthony Davis scored 42 points to lead his team to a great success after a series of bleak results. In the remaining games, Minnesota, Chicago, Sacramento and New Orleans defeated Orlando, Detroit, Oklahoma City and Charlotte respectively.
