Finally, you will no longer have to damage your eyes when you read or write messages in the dark. WhatsApp now offers dark mode for all of its users. To obtain it, simply update it available on the App Store.
Dark mode “is designed to reduce eye strain in low light environments,” says WhatsApp, who announced the new on his blog this Tuesday. “And we hope it will help avoid those uncomfortable moments when your phone lights up the room too brightly.”
Users on Android 10 and iOS 13 can use dark mode by enabling it in their system settings, the group said. Users on Android 9 and earlier can go to WhatsApp settings> Discussions> Theme> and select “Dark”.
