The measure was adopted during the debate on hospital preparations, costs on the impact in the region, but also as a way of caring for the most vulnerable, and supporting all the heroes who are at the forefront of this pandemic. For example, doctors, nurses, first aid, firefighters, police and many others who have begun to succumb to its effects by contagion.

Dallas County JudgeClay Jenkins reiterated at a press conference that the hard work they do in conjunction with health authorities, health care representatives, and businesses is an effort to save as many lives as possible.
