From Monday 5 December they were launched a disengagement operation an hour, every morning around 7 in the morning, to be heard. Other trades, such as cleaners, carers or stretcher bearers, are an integral part of the movement.
A feeling of inequality
The problem is not that some have a premium. But it is not paid at all. This generates a feeling of inequality, whereas outpatient nurses and operating room nurses have it mostly of the same rank. Protesters tried to talk to management to get this bonus. categorical refusal. According to them, the management replies that this bonus is intended for “technical nurses”, and that it does not concern them.
The topic of this “technical” side does not like the striking personnel at all. “What does saying that we are not technicians mean? What is it like to be a technician?asks one of the striking nurses. A necessary break

For a nurse, we can count almost 500 euros difference with the CHU, explains one of the strikers. We have the impression that we have discounted diplomas.
