“CyberAgent sues Konami for patent infringement of ‘Uma Musume Pretty Derby’ game”

[TOKYO (Reuters)]- CyberAgent said on the 17th that Konami Digital Entertainment, a subsidiary of Konami, infringed on the patent rights of the popular game “Uma Musume Pretty Derby”, claimed damages and services to its cyber subsidiary Cygames. It announced that it has filed a lawsuit with the Tokyo District Court seeking an injunction to stop the provision.
