The complainant let it be known that the minor is being treated at the Ramón Ferrer Hospital in Havana, and at the Bayamo Pediatric Hospital.

“Keratoconus is in one eye; his eye is always covered, he is at a point where the cornea is constantly secreting fluid, which is uncomfortable and painful for him. Rodríguez lamented the fact that there are Cuban doctors scattered throughout the world and in his country, his homeland, the inhabitants are completely forgotten.
