In another debate about Satoshi Nakamoto’s identity, the Twitter discussion suggested that he might be Ripple CTO David Schwartz.
A brilliant man… with principals.. who, if he was Satoshi, would completely disassociate from it, and let go of the keys and control… Sounds like someone you know Nick… *cough* @JoelKatz *cough*

XRP investor and supporter Jamie Neufer noted that Satoshi Nakamoto is a genius with principles, who not only on his own initiative pulled away from bitcoin, but also got rid of the private keys of his wallets. He suggested that this person might be Schwartz.
In response to this, the Ripple technical director said that a group of people most likely worked on the creation of bitcoin. However, he noted that the version that he was one of the participants would be more likely.
“I really could be one of them. Unfortunately for me, I did not know about bitcoin until 2011, ”wrote David Schwartz.
It’s much more plausible to say that I was one of the people involved than that I was Satoshi. I certainly could have been one of the people involved. But, unfortunately for me, I didn’t find out about bitcoin until 2011.

Blockstream CEO Adam Beck, who is also often called the creator of Bitcoin, also joined the conversation. He asked Schwartz if he would convert his XRP stocks to BTC.
CTO Ripple replied that it has been gradually selling its bitcoins in recent years. At the same time, he noted that he still looks positively at the long-term future of bitcoin, however, he sells owned coins due to the risks associated with the first cryptocurrency.
Nope. I’ve been slowly selling bitcoin for the past several years.

Recall, earlier, David Schwartz stated that the distributed XRP registry is more decentralized than Bitcoin and Ethereum.
