Fifty people died in a stampede during Halloween celebrations in South Korea. The disaster occurred in Itiawan, Seoul. Many people died of cardiac arrest in a rush during the festivities where tens of thousands of people gathered. President Yoon Suk Yeol has ordered the deployment of disaster relief forces in the region.
