Cristiano Ronaldo and his chosen one Georgina Rodriguez live on the sunny side of life. But it was often difficult for both of them in the past. Especially for Georgina. The beauty, who grew up in Spain, was raised by her uncle because her father was in prison – as a convicted drug dealer!
Georgina’s father has been sentenced to prison several times
As the image reports, he was sentenced to eleven years in prison in Spain in 2003 for cocaine smuggling. He was released five years later, but was only at large for a very short time. After two years in freedom, he was sentenced again. This time he got two years in prison for smuggling cannabis resin.
Georgina’s father Jorge Rodriguez died in 2019 at the age of 70. A death that divides the family to this day. An uncle of Georgina claims that she did not tell her family about her father’s death.
Georgina’s uncle is deeply disappointed in her
“No one told us that Jorge had died. I don’t know why Georgina didn’t tell us. I tried to reach her,” her uncle Jesus Hernandez told The Sun.
He suspects she is ashamed of the family. “She thinks she’s better than us because we don’t live with her luxury. I’ve never asked her anything. She’s only called once or twice since I found out she was dating Ronaldo.”
Hernandez is personally disappointed in his niece because he in particular has always been a great support for Georgina. “I was responsible for looking after Georgina and her sister, buying them clothes, paying for electricity and water. I did everything. Georgina lived with me during her teenage years.”
The rift between the two continues to this day. After changing her cell phone number, not even her uncle could reach her. Hernandez is said to have even written on Cristiano Ronaldo’s Facebook page: “She is the baddest woman in the world”. There is no comment from Georgina herself. (lgr)
