UK scientists, AstraZeneca vaccine effective on all age groups
The Oxford / AstraZeneca anti-Covid vaccine, also created with the collaboration of the Italian Irbm, is proving effective on people of all age groups as part of the administration already underway on millions of people in the United Kingdom, the first country to authorize it a month ago. Downing Street highlights this, citing Professor Patrick Vallance, chief scientific advisor to the British government. Vallance today presented to ministers updated data according to which this vaccine, like the Pfizer / BionTech one, is “safe and effective, with a similar immune response on young and old”
