With vaccination campaigns advancing around the world, some countries are already allowing people to enter if they are vaccinated; one of them is Canada, but does not accept any anti-vaccine COVID-19, just a few.
The Canadian government closed its border with the United States in March 2020 to all non-essential travel; however, this could change with the publication of accepted vaccines.
The COVID-19 Vaccines Accepted in Canada
The authorities announced that the vaccines accepted to enter the country are:
- Pfizer
- Modern
- AstraZeneca
- Johnson & Johnson
However, even if you are already vaccinated you must present a negative test of COVID-19, which has been done three days before your arrival in the country.
But only vaccinated people will be admitted, although it was not specified if there is another vaccine there will be the possibility of entering the country.
In Canada, 45.7 million doses of the vaccine have been applied and 19.1 million have been completely inoculated, which means the 50.9% of the country.
