COVID-19: Government has an obligation to present the vaccination card in closed spaces

Through a supreme decree published in the newspaper El Peruano, the Government announced that, as of December 15, 2021, those over 18 years of age who wish to enter closed spaces will have to present their physical or virtual vaccination card against COVID- 19.

This to prove that they have received the two doses of the vaccine against COVID-19. Likewise, the use of a mask will be required, in accordance with the conditions indicated in article 8 of the Supreme Decree. In the case of restaurants, the mask can only be removed when eating food.

On the other hand, as of the same date, any company that has more than 10 workers will be able to operate in person only if all its workers prove to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

In the same way, drivers and collectors of public transport services, as well as those who provide delivery services will only be able to operate if they prove their full dose of vaccination.
