The Covid-19 virus continues to disrupt various gatherings around the planet, and the world of cars is not spared. After the Geneva Motor Show, canceled at the last moment, it’s the turn of New York to be touched. The organizers have decided to take the lead and announce that the event American would not take place on the dates initially planned, namely April 10 to 19, 2020.

Shift so as not to cancel

In order not to take any risk to the health of visitors and exhibitors, it has been deemed safer to postpone until the end of August. The New York Show will therefore take place from August 28 to September 6. It will therefore serve as the first exhibition for the start of the school year a few weeks before the Mondial de Paris which opens its doors on October 1, 2020. Of course, these decisions are provisional and if we can consider that the health crisis of the coronavirus is resolved. here, prudence remains in order.
