We have therefore learned of the deaths of two new patients who were at the Etoile des Neiges nursing home in Briançon and the death of a resident of the Jean Giono clinic in Manosque to which we must unfortunately add an additional death this Sunday at Brainçon hospital bringing the number of deaths in our two departments to 33.
In addition, the figures are stable after a sharp decline: according to the ARS 53 people remain hospitalized in our hospitals in Briançon, Gap, Digne and Manosque, including 5 in intensive care.
In the Hautes-Alpes, 35 people are hospitalized and 5 are in intensive care.
Since the start of the pandemic 18 people have died in 05 (including 2 domiciled in Sisteron), figures which do not take into account deaths at home.
In the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, it is down again: 18 people remain hospitalized, two less and there is only one patient in intensive care
According to our information, 17 inhabitants of the Alpes de Haute-Provence died after being infected by the virus.
In summary, there were 3 deaths at the hospital of Digne, 4 in that of Manosque, 5 at the Ehpad de Banon, 2 at the SSR Jean Giono de Manosque and the death of 2 sisteronaises, one in Laragne, the other at Gap hospital.
