During the day on October 27, a record 26 071 coronavirus cases were detected in Ukraine (the day before – 22 574). Most COVID-19 diagnoses were made in Odessa (2296), Dnipropetrovsk (2113), Zhytomyr (1668), Kharkov (1517), Lviv (1506) regions and Kiev (1451), the press service of the Ministry of Health reports.

Yesterday, 576 infected people died in Ukraine (a day earlier – 692), 10,006 people (11,593) recovered, 5366 (5925) were hospitalized.
Throughout the country, 151,504 tests for coronavirus (147,563) were made: by PCR – 77,573 (72,231), ELISA – 21,960 (20,345), rapid antigen tests – 51,971 (54,987).
On the morning of October 28, 2,851,804 cases of COVID-19 were registered in Ukraine for the entire time of the epidemic. Died 66,204 infected with coronavirus, recovered – 2,411,711.
