Coronavirus in Emilia-Romagna: 16 new positives and two deaths

BOLOGNA. Since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, in Emilia Romagna 28,472 registered cases of positivity, 16 more than yesterday, of which 11 asymptomatic people identified through regional screening.

I new swabs made there are 2,721, which thus reach a total of 489,451, to which are added another 1,095 serological tests, always done since yesterday.

The new healings I’m 24 for a total of 23,185, 81% of those infected since the beginning of the crisis. Descend i active cases, that is, the number of actual patients, which today are 1,032 (10 fewer than yesterday).

The people in isolation the housethat is, those with mild symptoms that do not require hospital treatment, or are symptom-free, are 909 overall, 13 less than yesterday, 88% of those who are sick. THE ICU patients are 12, like yesterday, those admitted to the other Covid wards are 111 (+3).

The people healed overall they therefore rise to 23,185 (+24): 250 “clinically healed”, that is, they have become asymptomatic after presenting clinical manifestations associated with the infection, and 22,935 those declared healed in all respects because they were negative in two consecutive tests.
Unfortunately, there are 2 new deaths: two women residents in the province of Modena and Ravenna. Overall, deaths in Emilia-Romagna reached 4,255.

These i new cases of positivity in the area, which refer not to the province of residence, but to that in which the diagnosis was made: 4,546 a Piacenza (+1, asymptomatic), 3,653 a Parma (+4, all asymptomatic), 3,948 a Modena (+2, of which 1 asymptomatic), 4,899 a Bologna (+7, of which 3 asymptomatic). The cases of positivity in Romagna there are 4,998 (+2, both asymptomatic in Cesena).
Unchanged cases of positivity a Reggio Emilia: 5.002; a Imola: 404; a Ferrara: 1.022; a Ravenna: 1.049; a Forlì: 959; a Rimini: 2.194.
