Coronavirus in Argentina: confirm another 26 deaths and 2,189 new cases in the last 24 hours

He Ministry of Health confirmed 2,189 new cases of coronavirus and 26 deaths from the disease in the past 24 hours. With these records, they total 59,933 positives in the country and 1,232 deaths.90.7% of infections are concentrated in the Metropolitan Area (AMBA).

Of the total cases, 1,063 (1.8%) are imported, 21,599 (36%) are close contacts of confirmed cases, 25,600 (42.7%) are cases of community circulation and the rest are under epidemiological investigation.

Since the last report issued, 16 new deaths were recorded.
