In the last 24 hours in Italy have been registered 26,323 new cases of coronavirus infection and 686 deaths from COVID-19. The currently hospitalized are 37,061 (405 fewer than yesterday), of which 3,762 in intensive care units (20 fewer than yesterday). 225,940 swabs were analyzed. Yesterday there were 28,352 infections recorded and 827 deaths. The region with the most cases remains Lombardy (4,615). Followed by Veneto (3,498), Campania (2,729), Emilia-Romagna (2,172), Piedmont (2,157) and Lazio (2,070).
