Coronavirus: 140 more patients. Frýdek-Místek is still the worst off

– In the Czech Republic, the daily increase in confirmed cases of coronavirus remains below the 200 after the weekend, with 140 positive tests added on Monday. Since the beginning of the epidemic, laboratories have confirmed covid-19 in 18,494 people, of whom 13,017 were cured and 389 died. Currently, 5088 people are suffering from the disease.

– The daily increase in confirmed cases last week on weekdays ranged from Monday’s 209 to Friday’s 323 positive tests, which was the third highest increase since the beginning of the epidemic in the Czech Republic. On Saturday and Sunday, as in the previous weekend, the number of infected people fell below 200.

– The most affected region remains Frýdek-Místek, but the number of recorded cases of covid-19 in the last seven days per 100,000 inhabitants is declining.
