Hossam Hosni, head of the Corona Control Committee at the Ministry of Health, said that the decrease in the number of people infected with Coronavirus was expected, stressing that Egypt’s protocol in treating Corona is one of the strongest protocols in the world, adding that Egypt has succeeded in controlling Corona with the awareness of citizens and adherence to precautionary measures.
He added, during a telephone interview with the media, Ahmed Musa, through his program “On My Responsibility”, broadcast on the Sada Al-Balad channel, that we include all expected scenarios to confront Corona, stressing that we will reach zero injuries and zero deaths from Corona in the coming days.
He continued, that the citizen’s awareness and the distinguished medical care contributed to reducing injuries, stressing that remdesivir is a drug and not a vaccine and has proven successful in severe cases infected with Corona, indicating that Egypt is the only country that successfully conducted elections and exams in light of Corona.
