Criticism of suicide scenes
The series, which takes place at a high school and is originally called “13 Reasons Why”, deals with explosive topics such as bullying, sexual abuse and suicide among teenagers with sometimes depressing pictures. Critics complained that the imitators could by the explicit Suicide scenes be motivated. The creators subsequently removed a corresponding sequence from the first season and now display warnings.
