Julia Boschman from Brabant has won the talent show K2 is looking for K3. The 19-year-old resident of Bergen op Zoom will form the popular singing trio together with Hanne Verbruggen and Marthe de Pillecyn.
Earlier this year it was announced that K3 member Klaasje Meijer was going to leave the music group. on that decided management to organize a talent show to find a successor. Thousands of Dutch and Belgians registered; a quarter of those interested were male.
In the end Julia Boschman turned out to be the most suitable successor, judged the members of K3 who stayed behind. In the final, the 19-year-old from Brabant said that she feels “perfectly happy person”. “It’s a dream come true, I’ve been working towards this for so long.”
