Coach Inter Milan, Antonio Conte, had criticized the club management. Now, he gives compliments after successfully getting Alexis Sanchez.
The fate of Conte at Inter was a question mark after a protest was broadcast publicly to the media at the end of the Italian League 2019/2020. Conte complained of not being able to protect and the team’s hard work seemed unappreciated.
The Europa League seems to be a bet on the fate of Conte at Inter. So far the Nerazzurri move is still smooth with the advance to the quarterfinals after beating Getafe 2-0.
After the competition, Antonio Conte asked related to scathing comments to Inter after the match against Atalanta. The former Juventus and Chelsea coach ignored the question, instead giving praise to a club that has been able to keep Sanchez from Manchester United.
“I think the move Alexis Sanchez is something great that the club does. “Considering the conditions we got for Alexis, it was a very good transfer,” Antonio Conte told Sky Sport Italia.
“He seemed to disappear two years by really struggling at Manchester United, then he suffered an injury with us and we took the time to get him back on the right track, so naturally we can now reap the rewards of that effort.” Conte continued.
Sanchez played in the second round against Getafe. The man from Chile entered in the 70th minute replacing Lautaro Martinez.
“I am happy to see players with this determination and hunger. They become a strong team with everyone involved, whether they play or not,” Antonio Conte confirms.
Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has confirmed that Alexis Sanchez soon officially belonged to Inter. Currently the status of the move is related to black and white.
