Occupational integration : The execution of the contract includes an action of professional integration of people looking for a job, living in sensitive urban areas.

Application file: The candidates will produce, in support of their candidacy:
– The information and documents set out in the Consultation Rules allowing their experience, professional, technical and financial capacities to be assessed.
– Proof of the power of the person authorized to bind the company, in the event that the candidate has an extract from the entry in the trade and companies register (K ​​or Kbis) or equivalent dating less than 3 months , he is invited to submit it upon application;
– The copy of the judgment pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership.
– A sworn statement attesting to the regularity of the employees’ conditions of employment, indicating that the candidate is independent of any interest with the contracting authority with regard to the provisions of article L423-10 et seq.
