Confirmed: New York Fashion Week returns in person

The year 2020 is without a doubt a reinvention for the fashion market. But if you long to keep up with Fashion Weeks with their high performing collections, we have good news for you. Following the Copenhagen Fashion Week event that marked the return of the runway shows – and our beloved street style, of course – Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced that the New York Fashion Week will take place in September!

“New York is the fashion capital of the world, and New York Fashion Week celebrates the city’s ingenuity and unsurpassed creative talent,” Cuomo said in an official statement. “When COVID-19 hit New York, many of our cherished events had to be canceled or postponed. The pandemic is far from over, but we are proud to be helping the IMG organizer move NYFW forward in compliance with government health advice restrictions. “
