Nine custodians assisted by private attorneys requested the duplication of the constitutional term of linking to process, while two custodians who were represented by the public defender were linked to the process, this is Emmanuel who supposedly guarded in tower number one, and Miguel who apparently did not perform the vehicle inspection at the Customs office of exit.
