Concurrent CCM acquisition of 6 cooperative companies

Six mutual aid companies that have signed mutual aid contracts with the Mutual Aid Guarantee Mutual Aid Association (Chairman Lee Byeong-ju) received consumer-oriented management (CCM) certification at the same time.

The Fair Trade Commission (Chairman Cho Sung-wook) announced on the 18th that it has awarded certificates to 83 companies that received CCM certification in the second half of 2020. 22 new certifications and 61 recertifications.

Among the 22 newly certified companies, the P Life Co., Ltd., Parent Love Co., Ltd., SJ Forest Cooperative Co., Ltd., Woojung Life Co., Ltd., We Life Group Co., Ltd., and Hyowon Sangjo Co., Ltd. Advance payments are preserved through a deduction contract.

Customer Centered Management certification is a system that organizes all activities performed by a company from a consumer point of view to consumers, and examines and certifies whether related management activities are continuously improving. It was created to protect the rights and interests of consumers by encouraging companies to proactively and preemptively solve them. Companies that have received CCM certification will be given additional points for the use of certification marks and awards for excellent companies for the next two years, as well as additional points for fair trade agreement implementation evaluation, increased SME policy financing limit, and additional points for bonded store patent and renewal evaluation.

DS Life Co., Ltd., a cooperative company, has been recertified this time and has set a record of obtaining certification six times in a row.

The Fair Trade Commission said, “Out of the 22 companies that received new certification this time, there are 12 small and medium-sized businesses, and more than half of them, and various types of companies, such as local public companies and non-profit corporations, have introduced a consumer-oriented management culture that is spreading across the private and public sectors “It is expected that the contact point in life between consumers and certified companies will be expanded, as various companies in industries close to consumers such as co-operation companies, airlines, car rental companies, and travel platforms are included.”
