New Dead Space Remake Patch Available, fixing a resolution/graphics bug that was in the PS5, Xbox Series, and PC versions. To give you a better idea of how much this patch improves the look of the game, here’s a comparison of how the remake looked before and after the patch.
Dead Space Remake on PS5 (as well as Xbox Series and PC) suffered from a nasty graphical bug that made the game look more washed out and pixelated. Luckily, EA Motive eventually acknowledged the problem and released a fix.
Please note that these screenshots were taken in quality mode before and after the fix. As for the lighting change, both images are shot at 100% brightness to better show the problem, so there is no difference in settings even though the lighting has been changed and improved in the new patch.
