The problem grows with the more generalized obligation to wear it: as the mask reduces the volume of speech and veils the mouth, anyone a little harshe ear (environe million in Switzerland) ragainst communication difficulties in his daily life, at his workplace, at the store, at the hairdresser, at the doctor … But for the deaf and hard of hearing, it is a real pain.
