Comet Neowise with falling star Abroad

Comet – The Comet Neowise can still be seen by the naked eye on several evenings. This was announced by the Astronomische Gesellschaft Winterthur AGW on Sunday.

The tail star has lost noticeably less brightness since last week. A pair of binoculars therefore does a good job in the search to the right below the constellation Large Sky Chariot.

When taking pictures at the Eschenberg observatory in Winterthur, it happened by chance on Saturday that a shooting star hissed through the comet’s tail and left a short trace on the photo, AGW continued.
