From neighborhood to neighborhood, events take place every Tuesday in July and August. On the program for the youngest: ball and water games, inflatable structures, board games, or even outdoor activities such as pedal karts… As for parents who come to accompany their children, sports-health workshops, well-being be or even relaxation and relaxation are planned.
The objective of this initiative is simply to bring the city to life in a period that usually runs a little slower. The Citizens’ Centers seek to enliven the neighborhoods via these Summer Villages, to occupy the children who cannot go on vacation, and to maintain social cohesion and living together through various and varied activities.
Tomorrow in En Jacca
Last Tuesday, the NASPE district organized the event. For the occasion, the Place de la Moselle had been transformed into a Summer Village. For Liam, a young resident of the area, it’s a good opportunity to get out of the house to have this type of event nearby. “It’s true that at the moment, even if it’s the holidays, we don’t necessarily have anything to occupy ourselves with. This week, the Summer Village is settling in En Jacca (allée des Balaïtous) this Tuesday, July 26 from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. In the evening, around 9 p.m., outdoor screening of the film “Le petit Nicolas”. It will then be the turn of the Ramassiers and Val d’Aran districts, before the Parc Cabirol and the Square Saint-Exupéry which will successively host the next Summer Villages.
