Fire brigade pulls out for man with plush handcuffs Inland

The fire brigade arrived on site around 11 p.m. to provide assistance. The man had to be released from the buoys with a wire cutter.

According to 1Limburg, the cuffs had been so tightly wrapped around his arm that the man still suffered from his wrist. Fortunately, he did not need further treatment: the regional station reports that the man could resume the party.
