“On April 13, the President of the Republic resumed the title of this program to evoke the world after, a call of the foot which could have pleased us if the current majority had not extended the previous ones with the removal of 100 000 hospital beds in 20 years, by abolishing the ISF and by always exempting employers from paying social security contributions, “said Théodore Aubin, secretary of the local chapter of the PCF. “The Communists have been the linchpins of the establishment of the historic program of the National Council of Resistance with the creation of Social Security, the right to vote for women, many public services and the status of the civil servant.
