Collective Labor Agreement Allows Additional Holiday for Teaching Staff: EduSal Application Modification Requested

The teaching staff of management, guidance and control, auxiliary teaching and non-teaching staff benefit from an additional holiday between 5 and 10 working days, according to the new collective labor agreement signed on July 5 by the unions and the Minister of Education. The leaders of FSE “Spiru Haret” and FSLI ask the Deca League, through a document consulted by Edupedu.ro, to modify the EduSal application to allow directors to take these vacation days.

“Leading, guidance and control teaching staff cannot exercise this right because of the EduSal application, which does not allow the enrollment of more than 25 days of annual leave for these categories of staff”, according to the document.

They request the Deca League to take “as a matter of urgency”, “the necessary measures to modify the EduSal application so that it allows the recording of the correct information regarding the days of rest of the teaching, guidance and control staff, according to the applicable collective labor agreement”.
