Clubhouse has started adding spatial audio to its social audio app.
The new addition simulates a physical space, with voices appearing to come into a room from different directions, rather than sounding the same no matter who is talking. Spatial audio mimics the way sound works in the real world by amplifying the sound from each speaker with cues that suggest a certain distance and direction from your head.
