Close to Sudirman Station, BNI City Station Becomes a KRL Station Starting Tomorrow

KOMPAS.com – BNI City Station will start serving Commuterline KRL passengers tomorrow, Saturday (30/7/2022). Previously, the station, located in Central Jakarta, only served airport train trips.

This information was conveyed through the official KAI Airport Twitter account (@KAIBandara), today, Friday (29/7/2022).

“Hi, Travelers, Ready to go starting on July 30, 2022 BNI City Station will serve Commuterline passengers to Manggarai, Jatinegara, Bekasi, Cikarang, and Kampung Bandan,KAI wrote as quoted on Friday (29/7/2022).

Even so KRL stationthe airport train schedule at BNI City Station continues to run normally, aka no changes.

“The itinerary and operation of the Soekarno Hatta Airport train will continue to run normally as usual, and ticket purchases and the entrance gate are located on the first floor,” he wrote.

To make it easier for passengers, there are Commuter Line counters to buy tickets or tickets top up KRL cards available on the first floor of BNI City Station.

The location of BNI City Station itself is actually very close to other KRL passenger stops. Located about 200 meters to the east, there is Sudirman Stationone of the busiest KRL stations in Jakarta.

BNI City Station and Sudirman Station are only separated by Jalan Sudirman-Thamrin. While in the west, its position is also relatively close to Karet Station, about 500 meters away.
