Clóe and Fundación Cima: ‘A step forward’ against breast cancer

Congruent with the commitment they acquired 16 years ago to make women aware of the importance of the timely detection of breast cancer, Clóe and Fundación Cima urge women to join their cause.

With the motto One step forward, they recommend taking care of yourself, exploring yourself, going to check-ups and showing solidarity with those who suffer from this disease by acquiring the items from the Capsule collection.

The proposals with which Clóe and Fundación Cima seek solidarity are exclusive models of bags and a special design of shoes produced to raise funds and increase awareness of the timely detection, since it is intended for people with the disease, since unfortunately the numbers around breast cancer have reported bad news.

According to the Global Cancer Observatory, this disease occupies the first place of mortality in the country, and since 2018 there have been 105 thousand cases and a prevalence of around 278 thousand, five years after its first diagnosis. Hence the importance of joining the work, according to Francisco Jiménez, director of Clóe.

It is a two-in-one pink model that includes a removable pouch with a long handle, a versatile and functional piece.

In Mexico, 60 percent of breast cancer cases are detected in advanced stages; For this reason, Clóe and Fundación Cima joined forces to promote and facilitate early detection through specialized studies and provide emotional support to diagnosed women.
