The Freiburg city council has set up a hotline. Parents, children and adolescents should receive answers to all questions about everyday life in a crisis.
The offer is also aimed at specialists and people who take care of children and young people. The telephone counseling is intended to help families with the current challenges, the city council said, and to answer questions such as: “How can I talk to Corona about my child?” “What to do if the learning doesn’t work?” “My child is afraid – how can I help him?” “We don’t have childcare – what can we do?” “My child behaves differently than usual – how can I deal with it?” “How can I manage the care of my children and work at home?” “What help is there for families and where can I find it?”
