CICATA invites you to donate toys to take them to highly marginalized children in Poza Rica

Poza Rica, Ver.- None of the four highway routes that cross Poza Rica or are close to this city, has enough signage to assist motorists in the event of a road accident, despite the fact that two of them are federal.

In the case of the Mex-127-Ver highway, which goes from Poza Rica to María de la Torre and passes through Coatzintla, once the latter municipality is left and before reaching Papantla, there are no signs with telephone numbers to which can be appealed.

A similar situation occurs with federal highway 130, which in its section to Zacate Colorado has one where the number 074 of Federal Roads and Bridges (Capufe) is indicated to call if there is any mishap; However, from a cell phone you can only dial if you have a balance, otherwise it is impossible.

For its part, federal highway 180, which connects Poza Rica with Papantla and Ver-095 that links this oil city with Cazones, suffer the same evil as Mex-127-Ver, since once the urban areas, there are no signs indicating the telephone numbers for help.

In this regard, Federal Police personnel indicated that in the event of an accident, the user can resort to the 9-1-1 number, from which the closest and corresponding agency will be notified to assist them.

Unfortunately, not all drivers are aware of it and less so now that the aforementioned corporation does not undertake the Guadalupe-Reyes operation in the face of the coronavirus pandemic, which for the region’s city councils was reason enough not to ask the Federal Police for their support points of attention at the entrances to their jurisdictions.
