Chronology of Police Officers Dragged in a Rp 11 T lawsuit against Blue Bird

Jakarta

PT Blue Bird Tbk and Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Fadli Imran and former National Police Chief Bambang Hendarso Danuri were sued by Elliana Wibowo to the South Jakarta District Court.

Elliana has several times reported the problems experienced by her as the heir to the founder of Blue Bird. Through her legal team, Elliana Wibowo is said to have received no justice for the physical violence incident in the form of beatings or abuse including psychological intimidation that occurred on May 23, 2000 in the boardroom of the Blue Bird headquarters building.

In addition to filing a Pre-Trial Application, Elliana is also fighting for her rights as one of the founding shareholders.

Since early 2013 until now, he has not received any dividends from Blue Bird Group. To that end, Elliana filed a lawsuit against the law (PMH) to be registered at the South Jakarta District Court on Friday, July 22, 2022 with the civil case register Number 677/Pdt.G/2022/PN.JKT.SEL.

The legal action was taken because Elliana felt that her economic rights as the founding shareholder of 15.35% were harmed because she did not receive dividends for 10 years and six months until this lawsuit was registered.

The parties being sued in the PMH civil case are Dr. H Purnomo Prawiro, Noni Sri Ayati Purnomo, Hj Endang Purnomo, Dr Indra Marki Chief of the Indonesian National Police cq Chief of the Metro Jaya Regional Police, Police General (Purn) Drs. H. Bambang Hendarso Danuri, MM, PT Big Bird, PT Blue Bird Tbk as the Defendants and the Financial Services Authority and the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia as the Co-Defendants.

The civil losses suffered by Elliana Wibowo’s mother as the Plaintiff as a result of a series of physical-psychic violence events (alleged criminal assault and/or assault) whose investigation was terminated and dividends were not paid for 10 years and six months which qualified as material losses amounted to Rp. 1,363,768,900,000 and immaterial losses of Rp 10,000,000,000,000,000.

This legal effort was carried out so that Elliana, who was a victim of physical-psychic violence, immediately regained her rights as an heir to the founder of the Blue Bird Group.
