The goalkeeper coach position at Olympique Lyonnais did not remain vacant for long. A week after Grégory Coupet’s departure from Dijon FCO, Christophe Revel will succeed him according to The team.
The native of Dinan, who notably went through Stade Rennais and Vannes during his playing career, will therefore certainly withdraw from the selection of Morocco, while his contract ran until 2023. Several names had been mentioned to recover the position: Fabrice Grange (ASSE), Christophe Lollichon (Chelsea) and Rémy Vercoutre (Impact de Montréal). The latter two had also been auditioned by the Rhone club.
