“Chris Paul Injury Update: Phoenix Suns Prepare to Play Without Guard Against Denver Nuggets”

The status of the Phoenix Suns’ Chris Paul is up in the air. According to multiple media reports, he could miss two to three games against the Denver Nuggets with a groin injury.

Paul picked up the injury in Game 2 against the Nuggets. According to Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN threatens to miss games 3 and 4. Sham’s Charania (The Athletic) even reported that Paul could also miss a possible Game 5.

According to reports, Paul underwent an MRI on Tuesday and is due to be checked again in a week. The Suns are therefore apparently preparing to play the upcoming games without their guard.

Paul has had multiple playoff injuries in his career. He missed a total of eight games in the past few years, including the last two games of the Western Conference Finals with the Houston Rockets against the Golden State Warriors in 2018.

Sea ESPN he will probably try to play, but until Friday the time for a healing is extremely short.

In the current playoffs, Paul has 12.4 points and 7.4 assists per game. With Paul on the field, the Suns are +39 in seven games. The Nuggets lead 2-0 in the current series.
