Video telecast of ‘Chitrapurnima’ music night jointly organized by Malayalam Manorama and Federal Bank in honor of Gandhar singer KS Chitra on her 60th birthday in Thiruvananthapuram. The video will reach the audience through Manorama Online.
‘Chitrapurnima’ music festival was held at Rajagiri Auditorium in Kakanadulla, Ernakulam on Saturday 19th August. Thousands of people came to listen to Vanambadi’s song in the twilight of the full moon of the song. Director Sathyan Anthikad, actress Manju Warrier, music director Bijibal and other celebrities from the film world were present at the event.
Composer Sarath, singers Madhu Balakrishnan, Shweta Mohan, Manjari, Afzal Ismail, Rajalakshmi, KS Harishankar, Ralphine Stephen, Nithya Mamman and KK Nishad completed the song mela at ‘Chitrapurnima’. The audience enthusiastically enjoyed the musical night with the singers.
