[The Epoch Times, March 28, 2024](Interview and report by Epoch Times reporters Ning Haizhong and Luo Ya) Recently, Swaziland Prime Minister Russell Dlamini visited Taiwan. Lin Jian, spokesperson for the Chinese Communist Party’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who just took office this month, criticized the Taiwan government for “using people’s hard-earned money to support a few powerful people” at a regular press conference. However, after Lin Jian’s remarks were exposed, netizens accused him of being a satire on the CCP. Observers believe that Lin Jian’s remarks have a high-level negative effect on the Chinese Communist regime.

Swaziland Prime Minister Russell Dlamini and his wife led a delegation to visit Taiwan on the 18th, reaffirming their firm friendship with Taiwan, and concluded the visit on the 22nd. On the day Russell Dlamini left Taiwan, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian responded to the matter at a regular press conference, claiming that “China is firmly opposed to this.”

Lin Jian also said, “The Taiwan authorities use the hard-earned money of the people on the island to support a few powerful people in Sri Lanka and maintain so-called diplomatic relations. Such relations are of no value to the people of both sides.”

After Lin Jian’s speech was exposed, he “used the hard-earned money of the people on the island to support a few powerful people in Sri Lanka”, which aroused ridicule from netizens. In the past, many countries that were originally allies of Taiwan turned to Beijing because of the temptation of the CCP’s financial interests.

Lai Jianping, a former Beijing lawyer and Canadian chairman of the Democratic Front, told The Epoch Times on March 28 that the new spokesperson of the CCP is trying to impose the CCP’s ugly diplomacy on Taiwan.

“The Chinese Communist Party is an authoritarian regime. Its diplomacy is to bribe and win over small, poor, chaotic, autocratic countries in the world. It engages in monetary diplomacy and spends a lot of money abroad. Let black Africans come to China and give them high education. It is extremely ridiculous to provide them with scholarships and provide them with escort girls. Such money is given to the Communist Party to continue its one-party dictatorship and Xi Jinping’s personal dictatorship.”

Lai Jianping said that Taiwan’s diplomacy is based on normal foreign exchanges based on international rules, and there is no need to engage in money diplomacy for a certain party or a certain dictator. It is only natural that the people of Taiwan are willing to spend some money to support some friendly countries. The CCP cannot even afford its own people to go to school, get sick, live, or die, and is unwilling to spend money on them.

Sheng Xue, a Chinese writer living in Canada, also told The Epoch Times on March 28 that Taiwan has a democratic system and the Taiwanese government’s diplomatic work is authorized by the Taiwanese people. On the contrary, the CCP has been using the people’s hard-earned money to buy connections around the world.

Sheng Xue said that not only was Xi Jinping crazy about throwing money around the world after he came to power, but also the most difficult period after the establishment of the CCP from 1949 to the late 1970s, when China’s economy was on the verge of collapse. The CCP used international organizations such as the United Nations to win over Allied countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America, such as North Korea and Albania, transport money, food, weapons, minerals, and build railways, roads, and bridges to the local areas without the consent of the Chinese people. During the three-year man-made famine from 1959 to 1961, tens of millions of people starved to death in China. During the same period, the CCP also exported 13.6 billion kilograms of grain, equivalent to a year’s rations for 34 million people.

Sheng Xue believes that Lin Jian’s words now actually have a high-level black consequences for the Chinese Communist regime, because many people now know the truth.

Lin Jian, 47, graduated from Wuhan Foreign Languages School in 1995 and from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1999, majoring in English. In the same year, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was sent to study in Denmark. Later, he was transferred to the Political Section of the Embassy of the Communist Party of China in Denmark. Since then, he has successively served as Political Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Poland and Counselor of the European Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Before becoming the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in March this year, he served as the director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.

Sheng Xue said that judging from Lin Jian’s resume, he should be a person with basic common sense and had studied abroad, but his behavior was shameless. He put on a show after becoming the new spokesperson because under the extremely brutal dictatorship system of the CCP, one must be shameless in order to survive. “The CCP system has now entered an increasingly narrow situation of internal competition. To fight for survival resources and conditions, a new wolf warrior like him must outfight the old wolf warriors.”

The video of Lin Jian’s speech was posted on overseas X, and also reminded many netizens that the CCP requires the people to support a small number of powerful people.

Red_Prinny: “When it comes to parasitic countries and sucking people’s blood, none of the world’s dictators and their minions is as good as the CCP.”

Dopamine Girl: “The Panama Papers clearly state that the Communists use the hard-earned money of the Chinese people to support a handful of powerful people within the Communist Party.”

91 Official: “Everyone is thicker-skinned than the other.”

Jack: “Every time the Ministry of Foreign Affairs criticizes others, it is very suitable to apply to yourself!”

Big Pants: “Insinuations against the great Communist Party… This person is a spy for American imperialism.”
