A 3-year-old child was kidnapped by his grandmother in Grâce-Hollogne (province of Liège) on Monday morning, around 6.30 am. The public prosecutor’s office of Liège reports this. The file is taken very seriously, according to the public prosecutor. This further confirms that it is a kidnapping. “The priority is to find the mother’s friend, and then possibly find the child again so that he can give an explanation,” said Frédéric Lykops of the Liège public prosecutor’s office.
