The accident, which took place at 9:40 pm on Saturday, at kilometer four of the North motorway, in the North / South direction, involved three cars and caused four others to be injured, all without serious injuries.
Previously, a source at the GNR General Command had told Lusa that the 12-year-old child had been incarcerated in one of the vehicles involved in the accident and was later transported to the hospital.
Traffic was even cut, but by 23:30 on Saturday it was already circulating “on the side lane”.
At the scene of the accident were 22 operational firefighters, the National Institute for Medical Emergency (INEM) and the police, supported by 10 vehicles.
